Hi! I’m Jessica.
As a high-achieving professional in corporate healthcare, I hit rock bottom when I realized I was so burned out that I could not hold on to my professional and personal obligations anymore without crying by the end of my day. I knew I needed professional help to reclaim my own health back.
I am a recovering perfectionist, overachiever, workaholic and people pleaser. I learned to set boundaries, take care of myself physically and mentally, and put my self-care as a number one priority. It wasn’t easy because I had no time, energy, or motivation, and I felt defeated and stuck in a work and personal life imbalance.
One day I finally took back control and decided that my life was worth me loving it. I took control of my physical and mental health. I choose to actively participate in choosing what I eat every day, I chose to prioritize purposeful time to practice self-care habits like incorporating more movement into my day-to-day, made time to have fun with friends, and made some tough career choices in the pursuit of doing what I wanted to do.
Now, I help women just like me, professional working women with endless to-do lists both professionally and personally, and teach them where to find time, energy, and motivation, shed the guilt of taking time for themselves and the fear of making moves that satisfy our own needs.
